A different kind of conversation begins here.

At some point, many couples find themselves feeling stuck. You may notice the same conversations repeating, a growing sense of distance, or uncertainty about how to reconnect.

This is a space where we slow things down and begin to make sense of what’s happening, together.

How I show up in this work

I tend to be both structured and relational in how I work.

I help guide the process and keep us focused, while also paying attention to what’s happening underneath the surface, especially in the moments that feel harder to talk about.

My background in legal and military environments has shaped my ability to stay steady in high stress or emotionally charged situations. I bring clarity and direction when things feel uncertain, while also creating a space where you both feel understood, not judged.

We are not just talking about your relationship.

We are working within it, in real time.

Why this work matters

I do not see conflict as the problem. More often, it is the pattern that forms between you.

Part of our work is slowing that pattern down and exploring what may be happening underneath is. This can open space for new awareness, different conversations, and the possibility of relating in new ways.
