When love feels distant, there’s still a way back to each other.
Whether you’re caught in repeating arguments or longing for the closeness you once had, therapy can help you slow down and reconnect. Here, both of you are heard, understood, and supported as you rebuild the bond that matters most.
Helping couples heal, grow & thrive together
Hi, I’m Betina!
I am a Marriage and Family Therapy student intern supervised by Dr. Robin McCormick, LMFT #4429.
I help couples reconnect and rebuild trust using attachment-based principles.
In our sessions, both partners are heard, understood, and supported as I help you navigate conflict, strengthen emotional safety, and rediscover closeness.
How I Support Couples
My approach focuses on understanding emotional patterns, reconnecting, and rebuilding bonds.
Sessions are collaborative, safe, and tailored to your unique relationship.
Using attachment principles, I help partners communicate more effectively, repair emotional ruptures, and strengthen bonds.
My Core Values
Capacity for Healing
Every couple has the inherent ability to grow and repair their relationship.
Connection Over Perfection
Relationships don’t need to be perfect to be meaningful.
Collaboration
I work with couples, not on them, honoring and amplifying both voices in the relationship.
Tailored Support
Every relationship is unique. I offer guidance and interventions that are thoughtfully tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Your Relationship Deserves Support. Let’s Connect.
